House made Tart containing local wild rabbit braised in red wine, port, shallots and button mushroom served with side salad $18

Three birds consisting of: Confit chicken pithivier, duck liver parfait with cranberry jelly and pan fried quail breast served with rocket and parmesan salad dressed with aged balsamic vinegar $18

Tasmanian Eye fillet Beef and 8 hour braised beef cheek on truffled pomme puree with pan fried vegetables and red wine jus $34

Trio of Mt Gnomon free range Wessex saddleback pork consisting of: Twice cooked belly, pan fried loin and boudin blanc (pork sausage) with roasted butternut pumpkin, apple and brandy glaze $32
