Bayviews Restaurant & Lounge Bar has been proudly owned and operated by husband and wife Kurt and Ann Wyss since 2009. It is situated on the beach with endless views of the coast extending to the ocean in the refreshing climate of coastal northern Tasmania.
At Bayviews, you can enjoy a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere for dining in the restaurant, savouring casual drinks with bar food in the lounge and private dining area, and hosting conferences and meetings in the exquisite Wave Room.

Masterstock poached duck
Okonomiyaki (Japanese style pancake), kewpie mayo, bean shoots, fried shallots, fresh herb salad, Nam Jim dressing
Sous vide pork fillet
Parsnip puree, caper and spring onion dressed wombok, sour apple and fresh herb slaw, pickled mustard seeds and apple cider caramel
Rib eye, 600g Dry aged minimum 15 days
Served with potato, smoked parmesan and chive croquette, Yorktown Organic green leaf and radish salad with Chardonnay vinaigrette
Hellyer’s road salted caramel cream cheese mousse
Layered between sheets of house made puff pastry, poached apple compote and pomegranate molasses cream
